The Properties segment focuses on property development, asset management, and concession projects. Among its projects is the transformative Automotive Hi-Tech Valley (“AHTV”) in Tanjong Malim, Perak, which is envisioned as a hub for next-generation vehicles and energy-efficient technologies. The segment also manages strategic assets such as the Bukit Kayu Hitam Immigration, Customs, Quarantine and Security Complex and Angkasapuri Kota Media, reinforcing DRB-HICOM’s role in shaping Malaysia’s industrial and technology development.
